Doctor's Assistant:
Optical Fashions Eye Care Clinic is seeking a full-time Doctor's Assistant. This person will be responsible for pre-screening patients along with general office duties. Optical experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills are necessary in our fast-paced environment. With the implementation of electronic medical records, it is important that applicants have above average computer skills.
This position varies between two of our locations: 814 S Main St in Holmen and 2014 State Rd 16 in La Crosse. Reliable transportation is a must for this position! The hours are typically 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, but may vary slightly based on patient schedules.

Patient Service Coordinator:
Our fast-paced La Crosse and Holmen locations are looking for a Patient Service Coordinator. Our Patient Service Coordinators greet our patients and are the first part of our patient experience! They are responsible for checking patients in, inputting demographic and insurance information, summarizing charges at the end of the exam and making the patient’s next appointment.
The right candidate must have excellent customer service, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills. Experience preferred, but not required. Other duties include verifying insurance coverage and monitoring the waiting room. Because of this, we are seeking an individual that has strong computer input and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
